THE BIOGRAPHY OF RINGZ

Ringz ( Eyare Charles Odu) who is commonly and popularly known as the Industry Ichie  is a Nigerian and hails from Cross River  State in Boki Local Government Area. He  was born in Lagos where he had is early education which includes his Primary and Secondary School (Federal Government College Ijanikin Lagos).He is a graduate of UNIBEN and holds a BSc. Degree in biochemistry.
Ringz is a contemporary musician and producer. His music is described as ‘’naija pop” which is uniquely blended with the elementary musical rudiments of highlife music. His love for music started at early childhood, when he listened to songs his father played from the back then turntable disc player. He is inspired by artists such as chief Denis Osadebe, Oliver de Coque, Sir Victor Uhwaifor , Bright Chimezie, Fela Anikulakpo Kuti , just to mention a few. His passion for music grew so much that he began singing in church, where he acquired his early music skill and then decided to take a step further by going into music professionally. During his university days, as an undergraduate, he was opportuned to work in several studios as a sound engineer, and producer where he gained his vast musical experience. After graduating successfully he was posted to Enugu for his NYSC programme , where he was the leader of the music group of platoon 1, and led them to winning the inter platoon music competition. On conclusion of his NYSC programme, he soon joined a band ‘ the Mega Box band(MBB)’  and improved his stage craft performing in interstate shows.
Though his parent didn’t support the young talent when he started ,they later accepted his choice of  career as a musical artist after listening to  his early demo productions which convinced them in seeing light in his chase.
He is currently a recording artist at Eagle swag records working tirelessly on his Album. He decides to storm the Nigerian radio waves with his irresistible melody of his single titled ”Mr. Double Trouble” which is currently enjoying steady airplays.
